Tutorial: Soups

Ingredients:

  • 8 Cups of Chicken Stock or Broth.

  • 1 Packet of Potato Soup Mix

  • (Optional) Cooked Chicken or Bacon. We recommend topping it with crumbled bacon, saltines, oyster crackers, garnishing with chopped parsley or paprika.

Directions:

  1. Bring 8 cups of chicken broth or stock to a boil in a pot.

  2. Add all ingredients, then reduce heat to a simmer.

  3. Cook for 30–45 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  4. Serve with cooked chicken or top with tortilla chips/strips.
